Refund Policy

DJ Services by Alex Hernandez ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing high-quality DJ services and equipment rentals. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which a refund may be issued and the procedure for obtaining a refund. By booking our services or renting equipment, you agree to the following terms.
1. DJ Services Cancellation Refunds

Cancellation More than 30 Days Before the Event: If you cancel our DJ services more than 30 days before the scheduled event date, we will issue a full refund of your deposit.

Cancellation Less Than 30 Days Before the Event: If you cancel our DJ services within 30 days of the event, the deposit is non-refundable. We will not issue a refund for cancellations made within 30 days of the event, as we may have already begun preparation for the event.
2. Equipment Rentals Cancellation Refunds

Cancellation More than 7 Days Before the Rental Date: If you cancel your equipment rental more than 7 days before the scheduled rental date, we will issue a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. This fee covers administrative costs.

Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before the Rental Date: If you cancel your equipment rental within 7 days of the scheduled rental date, no refund will be issued. The rental payment is non-refundable in this case.
3. Damage, Loss, or Theft of Equipment

Refund for Damage, Loss, or Theft: If equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen during the event or rental period, the renter is responsible for the full replacement or repair cost of the equipment. No refund will be issued in this case.
4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation notice. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. No Refunds for Force Majeure Events

DJ Services by Alex Hernandez will not issue refunds for cancellations or disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure events), such as weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the event or rental.
